>olonnade Club is the newest group of villas in Shipyard.  It is nestled in a quiet part of the island with very little traffic.  The complex has two U-shaped buildings of 34 units each, separated by a large swimming pool and outdoor hot tub.  Each building wraps around large parking area with ample parking in front of the units as well as under the large latticework-covered parking area in the center.</FONT></div> <div> C<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >olonnade Club is a short walk from the beach, the tennis courts, and the amenities of the Crowne Plaza Hotel via a wide, shaded, paved path running alongside Beachwalk villas.  By bike, it takes only about 2 minutes to get to any these destinations.  Or, if you prefer, it is less then a 10-minute walk.</FONT></div> <bR> COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >his is the entrance to our Colonnade Club villa.  The exterior of the buildings are stucco and are painted in various pastel shades.  They blend beautifully with the surrounding landscape.  An exterior refurbishing project completed at the end of 1996 included new stucco, new decks, and other repairs.  This contributes to the "like-new" appearance of the buildings.</FONT></div> <div> O<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >ur recently renovated and refurbished villa, is a raised first-floor unit.
