Property Management
Property management is a team effort of the owner and a professional, on-island property management company. This benefits our clients two ways.
As owners, we will provide highly competitive rates and acknowledgment of all deposits and balances received. We also belong to a network of owners and, if we cannot accommodate your requirements, we may be able to connect you with another owner who can.
Our on-island property manager will provide 24-hour check-in and maintenance, professional departure housekeeping, and many discounts not usually offered to single unit owners.
Confirming Availability

The preferred, method of contact is in writing via our Guest Book which provides fields for all of the above information. To protect your privacy, the Guest Book has a privacy option that prevents anyone but us from seeing your message. And, the Guest Book is moderated which means that nothing appears to the public until we have reviewed it. Please be sure to check the " PRIVATE" box if you are concerned about this information being visible to the general public.
We will confirm availability with the property manager. If the unit is available for the desired dates, we will "hold" your dates pending securing of your reservation by deposit. If the unit is not available, we will let you know so that you can make other arrangements. If you would like us to refer you to a network of other private owners or to our property manager, please indicate such when providing your other information.
Deposit Procedure
A deposit of 50% of the applicable rental rate is due, to guarantee reservation, within fourteen (14) days of the date the "hold" is placed.
We will explain available payment methods and provide deposit mailing address when we notify you that your dates are available and being "held" for you. A $25.00 service charge will be applied to return checks.
An acknowledgment of your deposit will be e-mailed or mailed to you (your preference) along with details about key pick-up, check-in and check-out time, and directions.
Payment of Balance
The balance will be due within fourteen (14) days of arrival. All balances must be settled before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund of deposit will be made if reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before arrival date. If reservation is cancelled less then 30 days from arrival date, refund will be made only if villa is re-rented.
